They are made by winding wires one by one with a winding machine through a complex process. The winding machine is divided into: flat type winding machine, circular type winding machine, DC brush type manual machine, DC brushless manual machine, hanger, stator winding machine, etc. It is widely used in: spinning winding equipment, various transformers, belt type, side slip type loop winding machines, voice coils, self-adhesive coils, inductors, small transformer manual machines, etc. Nowadays, there are so many electronic products that can bring fun to our life.

 

The winding machine is mainly composed of unwinding, winding and upper computer.

Unwinding: the paying off mechanism consists of a frequency converter, a motor and an encoder to form a closed-loop torque control, which outputs reverse tension during operation and maintains constant tension output.

Winding: winding and unwinding work at the same time to keep the wire winding under constant tension.

Upper computer: set parameters through the touch screen to control the smooth operation of the winding machine.

 

Unwinding: Two EC6000 frequency converters are configured in the unwinding part to control two paying off motors. PG card plus encoder is used for closed-loop torque control. The torque is given by communication, with fast response speed and high control accuracy, and the reverse constant tension output is maintained;

Winding: the winding motor is controlled by one EC590 series inverter, and the running speed is given by the external potentiometer; The winding and unwinding are operated at the same time to ensure stable winding under constant tension.

Upper computer: the operation interface is to set the relevant parameters through the touch screen. Due to the different winding wires, the set torque is different. Different parameters can be set according to the customer’s needs. Fast switching can control the smooth operation of the winding machine to meet the customer’s winding requirements for different wires.
