EC6000 (EC610) is a new series product designed by the company own R&D department with industry application experience accumulated in the past two decades. This product has excellent performance, high reliability, and can be supported to a wide range of applications.
Features
1. Control software based on the most advanced ARM platform can realize various on-site control requirements, and can be customized and developed according to the customer's industry needs.
2. Leading magnetic flux algorithm and modular design enables the frequency converter to have low running current and high output torque.
3. Support V / F control, open-loop vector control, close-loop vector control of asynchronous and synchronous motor control.
4. Exquisite industrial book shape design saves installation space for customers.
5. Carry out type selection of components and EMC design of the whole series and fully consider the design margin under harsh environment, according to the requirements of the highest reliability level in the industry, and fulfill comprehensive and rigorous system tests.
6. Enriched I / O interface, enhanced anti electromagnetic interference RS485 interface.
7. Optional expansion cards support various industry needs.
8. Optional IOT (Internet of Things) + DTU module to realize remote field monitoring, parameter setting, troubleshooting and firmware upgrade.
9. A variety of optional operators, single line or double line display LED operator, Chinese interface LCD operator, enables one operator to control multiple frequency converters.
10. Awarded provincial New Product Energy Saving Operation Award, with automatic current amplitude limiting function to ensure no-trip operation.
11. Design of medium and high power frame ensures long-term reliable operation.
