Sungrow launched the new SG5.0RS-L residential single-phase photovoltaic inverter at the India Renewable Energy Expo 2023. The product combines high performance with ultra-lightweight design, and its lightweight body improves corrosion resistance and simplifies installation.
The design is compact, the input current of one circuit can reach 16A, compatible with high power modules. The inverter also features MPPT PowerMax Global Scan and PID Zeroing to maintain optimal component performance even during shading.
SG5.0RS-L is corrosion resistant, waterproof, dustproof and lightningproof. It has a built-in Type II AC/DC lightning rod and can operate in harsh environments such as rain, sand and lightning. Suitable for use in coastal areas.
In terms of operation and maintenance, it is equipped with intelligent I-V scanning and diagnostic functions that can accurately locate faulty strings, and with Sungrow’s iSolarCloud, staff can remotely assist users with real-time updates and partial troubleshooting.
