Drivers have just realized that under tough laws they could be fined $6,500 if they drive without air conditioning.

A driving instructor has warned that motorists could face hefty fines if they drive without the air conditioning on.
The rule applies to motorists in the UK, with coaches warning they could be fined if they break the Road Rules.
Drivers are warned they could be fined up to $6,500 (£5,000) for careless driving.
One auto expert (@royaltyautoservices) urges drivers with a sunroof to open the car’s roof, roll down the windows and make sure the air conditioning is set to blow fresh air into the car.
He said: “When you drive down the road and the wind blows, the cars push out all the hot air.
”Then start opening the windows, and once you open the windows, you’ll feel a little cooler.”
Other car experts also suggest that drivers turn the air conditioning to the lowest setting possible and use the air recirculation function.
Drivers also shared cost-effective tips on how to keep their cars cool in hot weather.
