Technological Process:

 

The printing machinery is mainly divided into four main parts: paper feeding, printing, drying and stacking. In the process of processing, it is necessary to ensure that the printing material moves according to the specified requirements, and complete the printing of various colors or the processing of printing materials while the printing material moves, thus generating two motion chains of the printing machine, namely, the paper feeding motion (paper feeding device) and the printing motion (printing device). EACON EC590 series frequency converter is mainly used for dragging paper in the paper feeder (paper feeder) to complete paper feeding.

 

Control requirements:

 

Braking mode: When the printing work is finished or various printing faults or personal injuries occur, it is necessary to stop quickly.

 

Startup mode: When the printing device is started, the speed is relatively low. The paper feeder can only be started after the printer is running.

 

Constant speed mode: During operation, change the transmission speed of the paper feeder through the acceleration and deceleration buttons.

 

Data uploading: the parameters of the frequency converter need to be converted by PLC, and then uploaded to the upper computer.

 

Program function:

 

EC590 uses DC braking to decelerate and stop. When the working frequency is 30Hz, DC (30%) is introduced into the stator winding of the inverter induction motor to form a static magnetic field. At this time, the motor is in the state of energy-consuming braking, and the rotating rotor cuts the static magnetic field to generate braking torque, making the motor stop quickly.

One-end start mode is adopted. Taking the mark of the printing device starting as the starting signal of the paper feeding device (paper feeder) can improve the efficiency of the finished product of the printing machine.

 

Upload the data of EC590 universal frequency converter (paper feeder) to PLC and upper computer, and control the printing device through conversion, which can help the linkage between the paper feeder and the printing device.
